Q. FREIGHT
A.

Jenny's Classroom & Toys2 has a standard postage rate of $10.95 for or all orders with a total value of less than $100. Orders with a total value of $100 or more are delivered FREE within Australia.. The majority of the time we use Australia Post, or occasionally a local courier to Sydney Destinations. If you require your order urgently, we can arrange this for you at an additional charge. If you do have a special requirement, please email us to discuss alternative arrangements. For international customers, please contact us for postage rates to your country.

 

Q. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
A.

Jenny' s Classroom & Toys2 will refund (subject to our approval) or exchange goods purchased from the website provided they are returned (No Refund on Freight)  in mint condition within 14 days of purchase. These goods must be accompanied by a tax invoice or receipt from us. Unless faulty, we will not accept cassettes, DVD's, software, videos, CD's or sale priced items. These are considered Firm Sale items.

In the case of purchasing a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange of the product:

  • The product proves faulty within 14 days of receiving the product and/or date of invoice

  • The product does not match its description as provided when sold

  • The product received is not the product ordered

  • The product has been damaged in transit

Please note - if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service for orders over $100, and your return brings your total order to less than $100; then you will be refunded for the item, less the $10.95 delivery charge for orders under $100. If you return a total order for refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.

Finally, returns will not be provided if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Q. INSURANCE
A.

We do not insure goods sent within Australia. Insurance will be an additional cost.

Q. ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK
A.

We aim to have all items featured on our website in stock at all times, however due to demands of a particular product, this may not always be possible. In this case your item will be backordered and sent out to you when the item becomes available. We do not charge additional freight for backordered items.

Q. DO YOU OFFER GIFTWRAPPING
A.

Yes - please indicate your preferred gift wrap during ordering of the item. If you are making multiple purchases and require different wrapping for each present then include a note to this effect in checkout and we will wrap accordingly. Gift wrapping is not available for some large items.
